A: All live sessions are recorded. If you can’t attend live, you can watch the replay at a time that works for you and still follow along with the action steps.
Q: How much time does it take each week?
A: Plan on about 1–2 hours per week. That includes the live session (or replay) plus a small amount of time for simple implementation exercises.

A: Yes. You’ll have access to the recordings and materials, so you can move at your own pace and catch up when life gets busy.

A: You’ll receive an email with your app access instructions as soon as you join, so you can get set up before we start Week 1.

A: You get both. You’ll receive structured training each week plus guided support to help you apply what you’re learning to your real life.
Q: What if I’m travelling or have an irregular schedule?
A: No problem. You can join live from anywhere with an internet connection or simply watch the replays later. The program is designed to be flexible.
Q: What happens after Week 7?
A: After Week 7, you’ll still have access to the recordings and resources for continued practice. You’ll also receive guidance on your next steps so you know exactly how to keep your progress going.
